Data breaches are daily events driven by a worldwide black market for sensitive personal information and nation states’ thirst for financial gain and global power. Organizations spend millions each year on cybersecurity technologies and yet 93% of hackers compromise target networks within minutes[i]. Clearly, building an ever-higher fence will not keep the bad guys out. We must all accept that no organization can be completely secure.

How then can organizations best protect their data, stakeholders, and operations as the Internet of Things (IoT) is poised to open a floodgate of attacks?  What can you do to better protect yourself and your family from common cyber threats and the recent surge in ransomware?  HR professionals know the importance of securing employee data, but do you know what this really means to you and your company?
