Tim Brown,

leads Radford's global survey operations team. His responsibilities include the design, preparation and publication of the Radford Global Technology Survey, Global Sales Survey, Global Life Sciences Survey, US Benefits Survey, and quarterly Trends Report and Pre-IPO/Venture-Backed Report through a team of survey consultants located primarily in San Jose. Since joining the firm in 1998, Tim has remained focused on data integrity, responsive customer service and a commitment to expanding the value of product offerings for Radford survey participants.  Prior to Radford, Tim held various compensation roles with semiconductor, life sciences, and telecommunications firms.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He has a chapter published in "The Compensation Handbook," and has contributed to WorldatWork's Workspan magazine. Since 2007, Tim has taught a course on compensation and rewards as part of the undergraduate human resources degree curriculum at San Jose State University.

John Salangsang,

 has worked as a Career Counselor with the SJSU Career Center for over 5 years. He is currently the liaison to the College of Business. In his role, he has worked with hundreds of students and is grateful to have assisted many of them in finding a job or internship. John also has experience in employer relations, assisting and consulting with employers seeking to recruit SJSU students. His experience working with both students and employers gives him insight into what it takes to find a job/internship and he enjoys sharing what he has learned.


Mercedes Hernandez,

SJSU Alumni majored in HR Management with a minor in communications. Have been working within University Recruiting for over 3 years. Currently working as the Campus Manager for the West Coast and Canada within the University Relations team at NetApp. I focus on partnering externally with our core universities to help build the university pipeline for NetApp as well as work internally with our hiring managers to fill their intern and university grad positions.


Enterprise Workshop 

In this workshop members got hear the experience that Casey has while being part of a successful company, enterprise. He gave our members great advice on how they can to become successful being being part of the organization.

Just celebrated my 16th anniversary with Enterprise Holdings! After starting as an Intern in 2000, I was promoted multiple times within Northern California earning a promotion to Area Manager over the Peninsula territory in 2008. My journey has now led me to a new career within Enterprise as the Talent Acquisition Manager for the South Bay (San Mateo to San Jose - including Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz). In the Mock Interview the members get the chance to experience what a real life interview is like as well as help them enhance the skill all and prepared them for a real interview. 

Jane Fan

Jane is an accomplished HR professional who decided to change her career into HR in 2011. Not having the educational knowledge,  she completed her HR Management Certification from UCSC Extension. She is now studying for the PHR exam. She is currently a corporate recruiter for GoerTek Electronics, a consumer electronics company in Santa Clara.  She volunteers as  Social Media Coordinator on the Social Media Board from the NCHRA Santa Clara Chapter administering and posting NCHRA events in the South Bay on the NCHRA Santa Clara Chapter Facebook group, as well being a mentor for a SJSU student for the SHRM San Jose Chapter. In her spare time, she loves watching movies, spending time with her friends, running 5K-10K races, reading up on current events, and being a foodie by eating out at new restaurants in the Bay Area. 


Olga Campa

Olga helps organizations and businesses link Human Resources strategy to business goals. She is a recognized leader that partners to align people to global business initiatives.  With 20+ years of experience in human resources management, Olga excels in driving strong collaboration among multiple and diverse stakeholders, across industries, ranging from 65 to 8K employees (up to $2B in revenue).

Most recently Olga served as Director of Human Resources, Business Partner for Extreme Networks. Prior to this she was responsible for various Human Resources leadership roles with PerkinElmer and Caliper Life Sciences. She moved to Life Sciences from Loomis Fargo and Company (LF&Co) where she served as Regional Area Manager. Prior to LF&Co, Olga was the HR leader for Air Liquide, formerly Balazs Analytical Laboratory. She has held several corporate, field, as well as an overseas human resources assignment with a global staffing firm, as well as positions in health care and retail companies.
She is known for driving HR business partnerships and organizational strategy that supports business growth and fosters transformation across multiple industries. Olga is passionate about mentoring and developing staff members at all levels from the rookie to the C-Suite.
Ms. Campa earned her BS in Business Administration, Human Resources Management from California State University, Fresno. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management 

Jinal Shah

She graduated in 2015 from San Jose State with a degree in accounting. She has been working at Robert Half Accountemps for the past year. She is currently pursuing aPHR certification to dive deeper into HR functions. Jinal recently received an offer with a local CPA firm as an HR assistant. She will be learning HR functions directly from the HR manager. Jinal's long term goal is to be an HR consultant and help companies with major issues such as retention, motivation, compensation and overall employee satisfaction. Human resources is an important part of a companies success. Jinal eventually wants to pursue further education and gain expertise on certain HR functions. 

Melanie Siegel

She has worked in the staffing and recruiting industry for approximately 3 years.  Melanie graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Arts in Language Studies.  After college, she held an administrative assistant job for two years and then got into the world of staffing.  Outside of recruiting, one of her passions is dance. She has been dancing for about 15 years with tap, jazz, ballet, and hip-hop.


Krystle Sanchez

She graduated from SJSU with a Communications Major. She currently is a University Recruiter for the global leader of cyber security, Symantec. As a University Recruiter she enjoys playing match maker between talented individuals and helping students find roles that fit them best. Symantec's University Relations team specializes in growing their intern program to ensure a positive experience for both the business and their interns. She started her career at a Learning and Development staffing company and worked her way over to the Tech industry when she took a role as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator at LinkedIn. She finds great significance in personal growth and working towards developing others.
