Member Point System
The purpose of our point system is to allow our members to take full advantage of all the opportunities SHRM@SJSU has to offer.
2 points are required to attend a Company Tour!
If a member RSVP'd and attended the event, they will be awarded one point.
If a member did NOT RSVP, but attended the event, they will be awarded 0.5 point.
If a member RSVP'd, but did NOT attend the event, they will be deducted one point.
*Note: A 24 hr notice is required if you are unable to fulfill your RSVP to avoid point penalty.
The member with the most points will receive a prize at the end of the semester.
